SHIPPING POLICY
ABOUT PRODUCT SHIPMENT
At INSECURITY® we take care of our clients as much as we take care of product. Our products are shipped from Italy with love. To ensure the best experience while shopping with us, make sure to put your address right and that someone is there to pick it up as we DON'T DO RETURNS.
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 CET. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day.
Once the order is placed and accepted, an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the purchase.
When the order ships, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number.
In some cases, the carrier takes up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or not working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at security@insecurity.store
We can give you the information you need.
No shipments are made on saturdays, sundays or on Italian and local holidays.
Orders are delivered exclusively on working days during office hours from Monday to Friday except for Italian and local holidays.
CANCELING THE ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT
We can accept cancellation of your order within 2 hours from the order confirmation.
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible at security@insecurity.store and we will do our best to support your request.
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
EUROPEAN UNION:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of more of 200€.
- Orders under 4 boxers will be charged a €13 shipping fee.
- Shipping for the rest
ITALY:
- FREE SHIPPING on orders higher than 100€.
- Orders under 100 will be charged 6€.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times in Italy range from 3-5 working days depending on the address. The shipping time should be considered from the receipt of the email confirming the product has left our warehouse.
CHANGING THE SHIPPING ADRESS
If your order was shipped to the wrong address, please email security@insecurity.store as soon as you can.
